Preparation
for pregnancy, birth, and parenting greatly enhances your experience
of miraculous time in your life. At Moms on the Move, we offer a variety
of Childbirth Education & Family Care classes to help you prepare
for the upcoming birth of your child. The focus of all our classes is
optimal mental and physical preparation so that you may give birth safely
and with confidence. While classes draw from the teachings of Lamaze,
Read and Bradley, they are geared to the individual needs of you and
your partner. Teaching you to honor the ancient wisdom of childbirth,
yet helping you to make your own best choices in today's modern world
is our goal.
